We want you to love your SCOTTeVEST gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original condition. Our goal is to ensure your travel and daily adventures are perfectly equipped with the right fit and functionality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, while exchanges are always free.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and all pockets have been emptied of personal belongings.

  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then keep an eye on your email for confirmation once your refund is processed.
